About the Designer

With a passionate belief that great design can enhance lives and make a difference to those that use and engage with it, Jo Lyle Guerrero works on examining each project’s context in order to come up with design solutions that feel appropriate to the situation at hand.

Jo Lyle Guerrero graduated Cum Laude in University of the Philippines, Diliman in which she took up a Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture. She apprenticed in and worked with different offices such as  PGAA Design - Arch. Paolo Alcazaren's office, one of well known architects and urban planners in the Philippines, TAO-Pilipinas - a women-led, non-stock, non-profit, non-government organization that helps the urban poor, Rockwell Land Inc. - a commercial developer in the Philippines and lastly, OG Inc. - a landscape contractor of Rockwell Land Inc. with other promising projects such as Antonio's Tagaytay and The Farm at San Benito. Lyle Guerrero also has experiences in the academe as a delegate and presentor in University of Sydney and National University of Singapore. Lastly, she has been also freelancing for landscape projects for the past years.

Lyle specializes in plant design making any space lush and beautiful. Her advocacy revolves around on using native species specifically, here in the Philippines. 

Working with a diverse range of clients from high- end residential gardens and commercial resorts to community developers, Lyle has been highly recognized for great work. Her passion and energy as a young and established designer sets her apart in the design industry.
